The insulating and thermal capability of the 3D helmet liner is enhanced by the 3D Capture weave, which reduces the surface area of the fabric in contact with the skin, enhancing internal climate regulation thanks to the unique structure of the fibres that trap "bubbles" of air within them, thus preventing the annoying sensation of the fabric sticking to the skin. The helmet liner is light but very warm when worn and offers exceptional protection against the cold. It also features a simple but stylish design.
The 3D helmet liner can be used on days where temperature is in the range of -20° to +10°. We recommend wearing this garment when temperature is within the range specified above. But to decide what will meet your needs, which will vary depending on the sport, the climatic conditions and your own temperature regulation, you should evaluate what is the average temperature that you will encounter. Choose the colour and find out when is the ideal time to wear it and carry out your training with a high performance technical garment. The 3D helmet liner is guaranteed by Biotex's experience. The garment will retain its technical qualities over the years even after frequent washing but it is important to follow some simple rules for caring for it.

The Cap Warm 3.0 helmet liner is extremely light and seamless. Its water-repellent fibres don’t absorb perspiration, but expel it even after several hours of use. The Cap Warm 3.0 helmet liner is soft and moulds itself perfectly to the shape of the head.
BIOFLEX WARM is our thermal underwear with graduated compression, to guarantee maximum performance and the greatest protection to winter sports enthusiasts. The moulded fit highlights the muscles, and the fabric is highly insulating and breathable. Their thermal properties and breathability are guaranteed by the use of our BTX polypropylene yarn in over 85% of the garment, interwoven with technical stretch yarns. Each Biotex line is characterised by unique features that distinguish it in terms of its thermal properties, its fit, compression and design; but all have the common aim of improving the body's performance when engaging in aerobic activity.

Take care of your Biotex garments and they will last for a long time. Biotex uses fabrics specially created to be in contact with the skin. To maintain their characteristics, we recommend gentle washing at a maximum temperature of 40° and air drying. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee the garment's effectiveness. They must never be ironed. These fluorescent socks may fade after several washes.

Sottocasco ottimo per la stagione invernale. È molto sottile senza cuciture da non accorgersi di averlo indosso. È comodo, traspirante e tiene al caldo al punto giusto. Poi è igienico, sia i capelli che il casco rimangono più puliti.

Ho acquistato questo sottocasco 3D e l’ho provato in pianura ad una temperatura di 11 gradi: il risultato è stato che appena sopra i 20km/h avevo un terribile freddo alla fronte. Sinceramente mi aspettavo che – visto e dichiarato l’utilizzo per temperature dai -20, pensavo che non avrei avuto problemi. Quindi nonostante l’incipit “Sottocasco termico sagomato sulle orecchie completamente in tessuto 3D per un comfort termico davvero elevato e grande traspirazione. Soffice e sottile, si sagoma perfettamente alla testa proteggendola dal freddo.” Direi che non ci siamo. Ho scritto a Biotex chiedendo di correggere la descrizione che riporta l'uso per temperature dai -5...!

Materiale molto morbido e traspirante, caldo, per me che ho molti capelli resta leggermente fuori un po’ il lobo dell’orecchio (nn è un difetto del sotto casco) per il resto ottimo prodotto
