1. Initial Wash:

   • Wash the garment before use to avoid color transfer to other clothes.

2. Gentle Wash:

   • Wash the garment inside out.
   • Use a maximum temperature of 40°.
   • Ensure that zippers, buttons, and velcro are securely fastened.

3. Drying:

   • Air dry the garment.
   • Avoid placing the garment on radiators or other direct heat sources.

4. Use of Fabric Softeners:

   • Avoid or reduce the use of fabric softeners as they inhibit breathability.

5. Do Not Iron:

   • Ironing the garment may compromise its effectiveness.

6. Bright/Fluo Colors:

   • Bright or fluorescent colors may fade over time.
