The WIN Tights with EXTRA pad are made of thermal and breathable fabric. Designed for those days when the temperature drops, the bib shorts envelop the body maintaining a constant body temperature and transporting perspiration to the outside: the skin stays dry and you have a constant feeling of warmth.  A further protection is given a windproof double layer on the shinbones to be protected also in case of rain
