Aren't you 100% satisfied with your purchase?
We want all our clients to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. Therefore it is easy to return us a bought product.
You have 30 days at disposal to return the purchased items.
CONDITIONS
- Return costs (Delivery-/Delivery costs) are charged to the customer
- The CUSTOMER is responsible for the return delivery. For this reason we recommend to return your items with a trackable delivery and not through normal postal service for example.
- After receiving your items, we will check them carefully to make sure return conditions are fulfilled. In case of proof also of the slightest use, return will be denied. (BIOTEX guarantees as a matter of fact every customer receives unused and brandnew items).
Within 10 working days after the goods receival and acceptance after the due control, the value of the sent items is refunded without delivery costs.
In case the garment:
- is dirty, laundry costs will be charged
- is ruined, repairng costs will be charged (if possible)
- is ruined but not repairable or already worn, the refund wil not be possible
The refund will occur through the same payment method, that was used to perform the item purchase. The credit entry on the customer account can delay more or less days depending on the card used at the payment, before being seeing in the credit account. Remember, with credit cards the credit entry could be displyed on the customer account the following month (nevetheless the transaction may be already visible in the customer credit card statement).

Connect with the page and enter your order number, that is findable both in the confirmation order and in the order mail.
Choose a password and turn your guest account into a customer one.
HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS
Select the order with the item you want to return and click on Details
Select the garment (or garments) to return
Write the the return reason:
- Wrong size
- Expactations not satisfied
Click on Return
You can check the state of yor return on the page PRODUCT RETURNS:
Return states are:
Waiting for confirmation = It means we have received your return request. Therefore we will send you a notification within 24 hours
Waiting for delivery = It means we have accepted your return request. Therefore we will send you the delivery instructions and wait for your package
The product must be returned within 7 working days after the application
The intact goods (unused and clean) must be send in the their original package to the following address:

Deliveryy received = It means we have received your package
Return concluded = It means we have received your package and the returned good s have passed our check. Within 10 working days we will refund you the paid amount without delivery costs.
Return denied = It means we have received your pacakage but the returned goods have not passed our check. Our Customer Service will get in touch with you as soon as possible for an explaining.
SUBSTITUTION - CHANGE SIZE
At the moment it isn't possible to apply for a substitution.
If you need a product substitution, plese send us the product back for a refund. Then order the desired product with the desired size.
HOW A RETURN WORKS

RETURN FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED IN FIRM
The items return procedure of items bought in firm takes place with the same conditions of the ones purchased through courier.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS (ALREADY BY THEIR RECEIVAL)
Biotex examines the products carefully. Should you notice any item defectwithin 10 days after the delivery, please report it per mail to
Afterwards Biotex can decide, if the product can be solved without return, or alternativelly, as in most cases recover it thanks to its own courier
